Description
Adblock Bristol, a local chapter of Adfree Cities, launched a petition to call on the city of Bristol to and all advertising for climate-wrecking products. This is a follow-up to the advertising policy implemented in Bristol to ban ads for junk food, alcohol, gambling, and payday loans.
The petition asks for a ban on advertisements for:
- airlines and airports,
- fossil fuel companies like BP and Shell,
- petrol, diesel and hybrid cars.
