Description

As part of the campaign to gather signatures for the European Citizen’s Initiative to Ban Fossil Ads and Sponsorships, groups all over Europe participated in coordinated European days of action. Over 200 bus stops were hijacked with spoof adverts in the UK, Paris and Liège (Belgium). The ads included images of floods and wildfires alongside the familiar branding of big polluters like Shell, BP, easyJet and Jaguar Land Rover and their advertising agencies.
