Fossiel? No Deal!

Fossiel? No Deal! is a growing group of Dutch advertising agencies (80+) that pledge not to work for the fossil fuel industry, the airline industry and fossil fuelled car industry. Their statement:

"As communications professionals, we are choosing more and more consciously what we want to work for and not for. This is good news, because the influence of creative agencies is big. Very big. As professional seducers, we help people choose. Whether it's pea soup or energy. Our tactics are so sophisticated that we are able to raise awareness, set standards and change behaviour. In doing so, small or large, we are literally shaping the world of tomorrow.

It is clear that the mining and burning of fossil raw materials has an unsustainably damaging impact on that world of tomorrow. That is why, as a creative industry, we choose to no longer work for fossil companies or encourage fossil passenger transport or green washing. We no longer put our knowledge and skills to work for the fossil industry. This is how we help accelerate sustainability and positively shape the world of tomorrow."
