- Ban on fossil, meat and fish ads.

North Holland is the first province of the Netherlands to ban fossil ads in its public ad spaces. North Holland also bans meat ads and is the first to also ban ads for fish. The province owns a little over 500 ads in bus stops outside municipal borders. Several municipalities within North Holland already passed motions to ban fossil ads on municipal ground, like Amsterdam and Haarlem. The motion was initiated by the Labour party (PvdA) and Green party (GroenLinks) and gained a majority with the support of the Animal party (PvdD), Socialist party (SP) and D66.

Speaks out that:
- The Province of North Holland no longer allows space for advertisements for products using fossil fuels as energy sources or for meat and fish products.
Requests the college to:
- Inform the operator of this decision and amend the agreement regarding advertisements for products with fossil fuels as energy source or for meat and fish products in line with this decision.
