Description
A proposal to ban fossil ads and sponsorships was put forward by Más País-Verdes Equo in February 2022 in the Spanish congress. The ban included ads by the fossil industry, for flights, cars and cruises and would go in effect in 2025 for ads and 2027 for event sponsorship. Unfortunately, the proposal did not made it through the congress.
