What about freedom of speech in relation to other human rights?
Description
When discussing a ban on fossil ads, the question about 'commercial freedom of speech' may pop up. Most scholars agree that this shouldn't be an obstacle, as other human rights outweigh the freedom of commercial enterprises to promote their polluting and climate harming products and businesses. It is rather the other way around: the human rights, like the right to health, are solid grounds to ban fossil ads, despite of the 'commercial freedom of speech'.
